"Commanding Officer's Remarks

14. The pattern of enemy attacks during the month were what we expect during the monsoon. The enemy are becoming noticeably bolder on the plain and at present seem to able to wander at will with little chance of detection or interception. Despite good radar contacts and frequent mortar and gun bombardments, there is still no evidence of actually inflicting casualties. Although the Hedgehogs have taken direct hits during the month the men's' morale is still very high, despite their frustrations at the lack of success."
